DOMINIC GRAY MERCER QUIDDITCH PLAYER FULL NAME: Dominic Gray Mercer NICKNAME: Gray, or he’ll also answer to Nic or Dom GENDER: male AGE: 24 BIRTHDATE: February 17, 2181 FORMER HOUSE: Hufflepuff, but he only attended Hogwarts for three years before transferring to Durmstrang BLOOD STATUS: Half-blood SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Bisexual WAND: 12”, birch, griffin feather OCCUPATION: Keeper for the Wimbourne Wasps, Cursebreaker (during the off-season) ORGANIZATIONS: N/A SPECIAL ABILITY:
PERSONALITY MIRROR OF ERISED: At the moment he just wants to be the best Quidditch player possible, and do what he can to help his team go as far as possible. He’d love to win the World Cup one day before he’s forced to retire or quit playing due to injury or something. Other than that he wants to just continue living his life in search for adventure, and traveling to as many new locations as possible. BOGGART: There isn’t really a lot in which he would admit to being terrified of, in fact Nate prides himself on being rather courageous. Most of his fears are rather small, some of which he’d rather keep secret. Want to see him scream like a girl, place a gigantic spider in the bathtub. Poor guy his horrified by spiders, always has been, but it’s not enough to be his number one fear. Nah, something has managed to beat that to the punch. There is nothing Nate fears more than falling into some trap; allowing himself to fall into a situation where he would have to watch everyone he cares for die agonizing deaths. DEMENTOR: Until recently, his worst memory would have been having the bones in his shoulder shatter after taking a nasty hit by a buldger when he was nineteen. The force of the hit knocked him off his broom, with the impact of the fall further damaging his body. He came close to breaking his collarbone as well, but by some miracle was fortunate enough to only have his shoulder severely injured. AMORTENTIA: Pepperoni pizza, cool air during a thunderstorm, the ocean VERITASERUM: He stole an artifact that he found during his first job as a curse breaker, and has managed to keep it as a trophy in remembrance of the moment. It’s nothing dangerous, just a little something that caught his eye. PATRONUS: A goshawkLIKES: Nature, being outside, flirting, jogging, sports, Quidditch, motorcycles, adrenaline, rock climbing, coffee, ancient runes, history, archelogy, traveling, adventure, comic books, graphic novels, super heroes, muggle technology, dogs, animals, flirting, ancient runes, flirting… DISLIKES: Being trapped indoors, injuries, losing, waiting, high-maintenance individuals, unnecessary drama, boredom, spiders, sitting around doing nothing, licorice, pranks involving spiders, losing sleep, sickness STRENGTHS: • Adventurous – Since he was really young, Dominic has always had a sense of adventure. Whether it was going out in search for imaginary adventures as a child, or allowing his need for excitement to lead him onto his current career paths and lifestyle. Always curious, always wanting to discover something new, and he plans to remain that way for a long time. And if it allows him to see travel to every country, see countless exotic locations, then all the better. • Considerate – He always seems to be thinking of others, often putting the well-being of those he associates with first. Gray is careful what he says, trying not to be too blunt unless around close friends and family. He doesn’t lie, exactly, but at the same time he tends to shy away from being too honest with people he doesn’t know. He’d rather offer to help someone in need, rather than run around making enemies because enemies suck. As far as he’s concern it’s better to remain respectable, rather than walk around acting like an asshole. • Driven – Is he ambitious? You better believe it. Gray has never been one to sit back and wait for opportunities to come to him, instead he jumps in head first and goes after whatever it is he wants. He’s willing to do what it takes to achieve whatever he sets his mind for, sometimes to the point of being too stubborn to back down when he should. He knows what he wants, and he’s damn well going to chase after it. WEAKNESSES: • Reckless – One does not simply become a curse breaker, expecting to never find danger and excitement. Gray’s enthusiasm for adventure and living an exciting life, has caused him to become rather reckless. He often jumps into things without thinking, sometimes getting injured in the process. He lives life in the moment, often not thinking of whatever consequences certain actions may have on him. • Antsy – You that guy who seems incapable of sitting still for more than twenty minutes? That’s Dominic. No matter where he’s at he always has to be doing something, even if it’s kicking his leg out constantly, tapping his foot or fingers, anything really. • Persistent – Where this is also a positive thing, it is also a heavy flaw in that he is rather stubbornly persistent. When he really desires something he will do whatever it takes to make it happen, going so far as to sacrifice sleep and eating to make things happen. And when it comes to those he finds attractive, Dominic can be known to continuously try to win their attention no matter what kind of person they may be. Once he’s told no, he normally back off, but at the same time he isn’t always the best judge of character. He’s a huge flirt who tries to shamelessly flirt with any pretty face, sometimes to the point where it can lead him to being manipulated in the end. If not that then hurt. He can just be a little persistent until it becomes known that someone wants nothing to do with him. HABITS: Jumping in place. Whenever he has to remain standing still, or in one place, for too long Gray will slowly begin bouncing on his feet as a way to keep moving. That and to just give himself something to do. Flirting. Hey, it’s a habit in its own way, right. Especially when he enjoys flirting and admiring any pretty ladies who catch his eye. GENERAL PERSONALITY: Active might be one of the best words used to describe Dominic Mercer. He always seems to be doing something, never sitting still for more than twenty minutes at a time, or unless he’s sleeping. Boy, doesn’t need his sleep after all. He has an adventurous spirit, if more than a little reckless, always longing for the next big exciting thing to happen. Since he was a child he has dreamed of traveling all over the world, visiting as however many countries as possible before his body decides he’s too old to travel. Quidditch has provided him with some opportunities to travel, mostly for away games, but it has never felt like enough. Which mostly lead to him jumping at the chance to take a job as a cursebreaker. Not only does it sate his taste for adventure, but often takes him to locations that he may not see otherwise. Not to mention he gets to put his Ancient Runes knowledge to test, which was by far his best subject while at school. Other than he’s a rather laid back induvial, who works to be respectable and considerate to everyone he meets. He doesn’t consider himself a difficult person to get along with, though his reluctance to judge others harshly may land him in circumstances where he can be taken advantage of. Honestly, he tries to see the good in everyone around him. Even the worst person may be hiding a soft side underneath, or that is what he has chosen to believe in. So yeah, sooner or later he’s bound to be crushed in some way. He has an air of confidence that seems to float around him, something that lets others know that he knows who he is and what he’s good at. While he may prefer the outdoors, he isn’t one to shy too much from social situations. There’s still a strange shyness that comes to him when first meeting people, but it could also be viewed as simple politeness. He likes seeing others happy, and doing what they can to have a good time. And while he is normally one to prefer the outdoors, it’s not out of his nature to be seen in a club or bar on occasion. Usually it’s just him drinking with friends or relaxing after a stressful day, and if the opportunity calls for it flirting with a pretty face that catches his eye. Once the flirting starts he can be rather shameless, doing whatever he can to catch someone’s attention until it becomes clear that they want nothing to do with him. If someone plays along great, if not he’ll go back to his drink and/or friends and continue to enjoy the night. Then once he’s done enjoying a night out on the town he’ll return home to read a comic book, or take part in one of his many nerdy activities. As much as he loves adventure and excitement, sometimes he just wants to settle down and indulge in everything that caters to his inner nerd.
HISTORY FAMILY: • Kieran Mercer, 54, Half-blood, Father • Sophie Mercer nee’ Graves, 52, Muggleborn, Mother • Jason Mercer, 28, Half-blood, Cousin (practically a brother) • Lyra Mercer, 22, Half-blood, Sister WEALTH STATUS: While he would never describe himself as being rich, Dominic has to save up a rather large fortune, thanks in part to his Quidditch career. HOMETOWN: born in Belfast, Ireland, but his family literally moved around all the time while he was growing up. He’s practically seen all of Europe, North America, and parts of Asia. CURRENT RESIDENCE: Manchester PETS: A Siberian cat named D.Va HISTORY: Born during a cold February night, Dominic Grays Mercer was considered to be a miracle baby by his parents. For the longest time Kieran and Sophie Mercer had struggled to successfully conceive a child, only to be met by disappointment each time. A healer had discussed the possibility that either Sophie may have been unable to have children, or that if she did ever become pregnant then there was a high chance it would be difficult on her body. A few months later, and Sophie discovered she was carrying her first child, and then even more months later she successfully gave birth to little Dominic. The pregnancy in itself wasn’t easy, with many complications, and taking a heaving toll on her body. At one point she feared having a miscarriage, or some form of damage being done to her child. But by some miracle, Dominic was born in a healthy state while screaming his little head off. He was his parent’s little miracle. The child they fought so hard to have, thought they wouldn’t, and in the end came out more perfect than they had envisioned. Well maybe he wasn’t perfect, but he was in his parent’s eyes to say the least. A year later the couple adopted another boy and their nephew, Jason, who was four years older than Dominic after the death of Kieran’s older brother. Then two years later, Sophie would give birth to her second child. A daughter, and another little miracle, who the parents blessed with the name Lyra. Growing up his childhood wasn’t anything special, except for the fact that due to his father’s job the family often moved around a lot. Kieran Mercer worked within the department of International Magical Cooperation, starting out as a translator and eventually working himself up as a sort of diplomat. As a result, the man was always on the move, spending anywhere up to several months in different countries at a time. Being a family man, he made the decision early on to allow his family to travel and move around with him. So while Gray was born in Belfast, Ireland he never lived there for long. Instead most of his childhood was spent moving from place to place, never staying in the same place for too long. Since making friends proved to be difficult he became extremely close with both his sister and cousin. Jason and Lyra were the only constants in his life, and the three of them were practically glued to the hip for the longest time. They were his best friends. Between all the moving he needed his siblings to not feel lonely, to remind him that there were always those who would have his back. If he had been an only child he might have become depressed and isolated, and would have eventually grown to become a different person. But with a younger sister – who he loved to troll constantly, yet still loved – and a cousin who was practically his brother, Dominic managed to develop the social skills he would need when he eventually went off to wizarding school. In short some of the locations his family resided in growing up included: Florence, Italy, Malmo, Sweden, Houston, USA, Cologne, Germany, and Seoul, Korea just to name a few. He practically lived all over the place growing up, thanks to his father’s job. Dominic began showing early signs of magic just after his sixth birthday, while his family were staying in Houston, Texas over the summer. As one would expect it was hot. The blistering heat was driving him crazy, making him act out in a moody fit. Little Gray seriously hated the heat, wanting nothing more than to desperately make it end. And he managed to sort of do that. While complaining loudly to his mother, and trying to argue why he needed to go somewhere to swim, things happened and he accidently managed to freeze himself into a little icicle. Or Graysicle as his sister would later refer to it as, while teasing him endlessly. Yeah, he pretty much managed to cover his entire body with ice in his desperate search to escape the heat. It worked sort of. He did cool down quite a lot, just at the cost of spending the next three days sick. Fast forward two years later, and several moves later Jason’s eleventh birthday had come and gone. Living in Seoul, Korea at the time, Kieran and Sophie were torn as to what to do as the time for Jason to begin his magical education came ever closer. Kieran wanted to move back to Ireland, where the children would be able to attend Hogwarts, but with time so close he feared his oldest son being accepted. Then there was the idea to allow Jase to attend Mahoutokoro, while Kieran continued on working as a diplomat and translator in Korea. This second option is the one they ultimately decided to go along with, especially after his father was offered a more permanent position in Korea. And Dominic, Jason, and Lyra were all ecstatic. All three children were excited that maybe they’d finally have a more permanent place to stay, and opportunities to make friends with kids who weren’t related to them. So while his cousin began attending the Japanese wizarding school, Gray enjoyed two years of living in one place. Making as many friends as possible, and exploring every bit of Seoul he could manage. Whenever Jason was home, he would eagerly ask the other boy questions about what the school was like. And it sounded awesome. He began dreaming about the days he’d be attending himself. Of learning magic, and exploring a new place and making his own adventures. He even began studying Japanese along with Korean, in order to try to take in the native language while trying to learn a bit about the culture. …But as much as he was looking forward to joining Jason, Mahoutokoro wasn’t the school he would end up attending. Just before his eleventh birthday, his father received word that he was to be transferred over to England, after two years of living comfortably in South Korea. Kieran and Sophie agreed to post-pone the move long enough to allow Jason to finish his current year of school, but as soon as the summer began they took off to the United Kingdom much to the dismay of all three children. For the days leading up to the move, Gray tried his hardest to protest. Arguing with his parents, stating how stupid it was and how it wasn’t fair to force Jason to switch schools. How it wasn’t fair that he wouldn’t join the older boy, and experience all the awesome things he had read up on? The day before the family moved, Gray, Lyra, and Jason all worked together to form a last minute protest. All three of them coming up with legit excuses – or legit to them at least – for why they should stay in Seoul. The most drastic attempt to stay, was Gray threatening to jump off the house if his parents didn’t agree to stay. Obviously it had no effect on either of his parents, though his mother did apparate right behind him in order to pull him down before he could even think about going through with the jump. Not that he would. The whole scenario was more melodramatic than necessary. He just wanted to scare his parents into staying, and failed terribly. So the family made the move to England, settling into a home in Liverpool. For the first week Gray locked himself in his room, having a mini broody fit over how much he hated England. How he wanted to go back to Korea, and see his friends again. It was his sister who convinced him to stop acting stupid. Lyra grew tired of watching her brother acting so different, so not Dominic. She often lingered around his room, watching him and trying to get his attention before she finally got tired of his grumpiness. Storming into his room, she began yelling at him instantly. Calling him stupid, and convincing him that there was plenty of new adventure to find in England. Which was exactly he needed to hear. He needed to be reminded of all the new places at his disposition to explore, and within a day he was back to his old reckless self. The rest of his summer was spent doing his best find every hidden spot he could, and explore every inch of his neighborhood and city he was allowed to wander off to. By the time he was accepted into Hogwarts, Gray no longer hated the idea of living in England. He was getting adjusted to his new surroundings, even if he was feeling increasingly nervous about starting his first year at school. Dominic felt lucky to be attending Hogwarts with Jason; the fact that both boys were new students made it easier for him to not be completely nervous. By the time September arrived, his journey to Hogwarts mostly took the form of him sticking with his cousin the entire time. They shared a compartment on the train together, with Gray proving to be more shy than he’d ever thought himself as. He’d never noticed how difficult it was for him to socialize with others right away, until being surrounded by large groups of other humans at once. But he wasn’t so shy where he avoided others entirely. When someone greeted him, or pulled him into a conversation, Gray bounced back into his carefree attitude with ease. He arrived at Hogwarts, and was mildly disappointed when he was separated from Jason before the sorting ceremony. Apparently, since his cousin wasn’t a first year they wanted to have a private sorting for the older boy where Jase was placed in Gryffindor. Gray himself ended up being sorted into Hufflepuff, which came as a total surprise to him. From everything he had heard about the houses, he had believed he was a shoe in for Gryffindor. He was adventurous and brave and all that. Even his fellow students were baffled. As his first year progresses many commented how him and Jason were both in the wrong house, how it seemed as if the hat mixed them up or something. When it came to classes, he managed to put in just enough effort to not fail. By the time his second year rolled around, things were more or less the same. He began making more friends, while taking every opportunity he could to thoroughly explore the castle. Trouble didn’t show up until his third year. The summer had been rather uneventful, and the train to Hogwarts was mostly the same except this time he was accompanied by his younger sister. Everything felt similar, with him following the same similar patterns. It wasn’t until after he finally arrived at the castle where things felt different. Gray sat at the Hufflepuff table, talking to friends, and watching his sister get sorted into Hufflepuff before joining him. Then the Death Eaters showed up, and announced their takeover. From then on the young thirteen year old felt his blood run cold. Despite his attempts to put on a brave face, he felt helpless. He wasn’t experienced enough to help fight, to rebel. That was left for the older students, where for him all he wanted to do was do what he could to survive. And did he ever hate himself. He hated everything about his third year. Having to hide constantly while the Death Eaters spread terror throughout the castle. Thank Merlin he had learned of so many hidden passageways through past explorations of the castle. By traveling through those he was able to hide, to move about undetected and try to help those he could. Lyra was always his number one priority. He needed to protect her sister, to watch out for her, and make sure no one dared hurt a hair on her head. If there was ever a time where he proved his loyalty it was then. He stuck by his friends and family, doing whatever he could to make sure everyone made it through. Near the end of the year, Gray jumped in front of his sister, in order to take the full blunt of a curse directed at her. A spell that might have killed her had it hit her directly. Instead it ended up burning his leg, leaving him unable to walk for the next few months. Luck had been on his side. He’d avoided taking the brunt of the hit, but what was most important was that he’d saved Lyra. Saved his sister, something even Jason admitted was the right call. It was stupid, but it was the right thing to do. As the year came to an end, the Death Eaters were forced to retreat from the castle to much good fortune. Still the air felt different. There were whispers about whether Hogwarts was safe or not, even his own parents seemed concerned whether him and Lyra should be allowed to return. Most of his summer that year was spent recovering. His leg was still badly injured from the burn, but it was healing. He’d be able to walk normally by the time he returned to school. Or by the time he started a new year at another school. Once again Kieran was asked to go work elsewhere, this time in Bulgaria. After much debating, both Kieran and Sophie agreed that maybe it was for the best. His mother especially didn’t feel safe sending her two youngest children to Hogwarts. So, they moved again, this time Gray didn’t bother to argue. A part of him agreed. He felt angry at the school, angry that they would be so careless to allow monsters to takeover. The only difference with this move was that Jason didn’t go with them. Since his cousin was seventeen he was given a choice – with both Kieran and Sophie promising to respect it no matter what – as to whether join them, or stay behind to finish his final year at Hogwarts. And Jason chose to stay behind. Shortly after the family arrived in Bulgaria, arrangements were made to have him and his sister transferred into Durmstrang Institute. So another summer came to an end, and Dominic went off to start another year of school along with his sister. This time at a completely different school. And Durmstrang was completely different from Hogwarts. It had a darker reputation, true, but he didn’t want to believe that things that happened in the past were still happening. That and as soon as he stepped foot inside its halls, there was something different in the air. He felt safer. Like he knew him and his sister would be more safe here, than they had been at Hogwarts during the previous year. Even if the school had been untouched by the Death Eaters there was a sense of caution, a sense that the staff had taken precaution to make sure their security couldn’t be breached as easily as the school in Scotland. His fourth year of his education felt similar to his first. Most of it was spent exploring the grounds of his new school, while his awkwardness in new social situation showed itself. He was the new student who transferred in, surrounded by others who had been there for the entirety of their school lives. When he could he spent as much time with his sister, checking in on her and making sure she was doing alright. The two became thick as thieves, watching each other’s backs and making sure neither was having a bad time. Fifth year went a lot better. He began finding his own flow and making a small group of friends, and found a new love in the form of Quidditch. Gray tried out for one of the school teams, and while he didn’t make it he was allowed to hold a position as a reserve. It wasn’t the most glamourous position, but it allowed him to practice. And boy did he ever practice! Whenever he had time Dominic would hit the field, trying his hand at every position. Turned out he was best at keeper, followed closely by beater. Defending the goal came naturally to him, which surprised him considering he expected to get hit in the face every time. Once he found his position, he only worked harder, until he was able to take part in an official school match. And he loved every moment. As far as his studies went, things were mostly the same as ever. He mostly put in just enough effort to get by and pass, but Gray was beginning to find an increasing interest in Ancient Runes. He found himself paying attention in the class, while going off to the library to research and read about runes whenever he had the spare chance. It only seemed natural, going along perfectly with his hidden interest in ancient artifacts and archeology. His sixth year was similar, only this time he was able to be an official part of his Quidditch team, playing in every match possible. With the sport came new responsibilities, ones that required him to work just as hard in his classes as he did in practice. He needed to maintain his grades, unless he wished to be kicked from the team. It wasn’t easy, but he boiled down and studied, even going so far to seek out a tutor to help in the subjects where he desperately needed the help. With all his concentration going into Quidditch, studying, and maintaining friendships when he could his final two years flew by. N.E.W.T.S came and went, with Gray doing… well he did alright. Some he passed with high marks, and others he was lucky enough maintain average marks. Still he didn’t fail any, something he owed much thanks to his tutors and professors for. The moment he graduated, reality seemed to settle in. He was an adult, and expected to begin paving his own path in life. As much as his father had tried to prepare him for this moment, Dominic as scared shitless. His grades weren’t the best. Most the subjects he had received high marks in wouldn’t help him get many jobs that held a bit of excitement. To his fortune, however, different professional Quidditch teams had taken note of his skills. The ones that had kept an eye on him sought him out, encouraged him to show up to tryouts and rookie practice sessions. Out of all the teams he tried out for, two offered him the best deal. In the end it came down to choosing the Wimbourne Wasps or the Falmouth Falcons. Both offers were tempting, and instead of making a decision straightaway he spent weeks thinking it over. If he was going to dedicate his skills to a team, he wanted to make sure it was the right one. His first season on the team went well enough. Having managed to prove that he was skilled enough to make it in the big leagues, his confidence gained a boost and it didn’t take long for him to make a name for himself as skilled keeper. If he was lucky, perhaps he’d be able to be amongst one of the best of his generation. He was nineteen when he suffered his first major injury. It was during the playoffs, and Gray managed to catch a rather nasty buldger. It smacked him square in the shoulder hard enough to cause him to fall off his broom, where he landed on the ground below. For whatever reason someone had forgotten to charm the ground below to soften before he hit, and as a consequence his shoulder was shattered in three places. There was brief moment of concern where he may have also broken his collar bone, but by some miracle he had barely managed to avoid it. Still the injury sucked. He was out of commission for the rest of the playoffs, forced to cheer for his team from a hospital bed. By the time his shoulder was fully healed, Gray leapt at the chance to get back into playing Quidditch. He’d missed the game entirely, and between all the visits and gifts he’d received he knew the team and fans wanted him back as well. While he was twenty-one, Gray found himself growing steadily bored without having much to do during the off season. Sure he was able to practice, and spend time with his team, but it was beginning to feel like his life was missing some of the adventure he craved. Wanting something to keep him busy, he sought out people who might be able to help. During this time, he met with an older cursebreaker, Josuke Harima, and managed to convince the man to allow him to accompany him during his travels. It was at this point, Gray found exactly what he was looking for. Adventure and excitement, and the opportunity to put his knowledge of ancient runes to good use. After the two finished Josuke’s current mission, Dominic wasted no time jumping into the opportunity to ask the older cursebreaker to teach him the ropes. To help him have a side job as a cursebreaker, even promising to do everything the man instructed of him for a year. For whatever reason – seriously it’s kind of questionable if it was a good idea or not – Jo agreed taking him under his wing. From there on he began working as a cursebreaker during his breaks from Quidditch, although he still made time to maintain his skills in the sport as well. He had an equal love for both, and just wanted to do the best he could while was able to. And by working as a cursebreaker -even if it was only part time – Dominic was able to find the adventure he had been craving. There was never a dull day to be had. Now at twenty-four, he is beginning to feel as if he’s finally finding his purpose in the world. Though a bit reckless, he’s confident that he may have a strong future in store for him. His Quidditch career is going better than he had thought, with each season bringing more and more confidence that maybe he’ll be able to help his team win the World Cup someday. In the mean time he’s happy to just have the opportunity to continue playing, living off the rush that comes with ever match. On the cursebreaking side of things, Dominic is just beginning to pave his own path after working with a mentor for the past three years. In some ways he’s still quite new the whole ordeal, while also experienced enough to work on his own if needed. Though he’d prefer having a partner when possible. In truth he’s just enjoying living his life in the moment, taking any and all opportunities to make it as exciting in the meantime. Then on his days off he’ll go out to a bar, enjoy the nightlife, and try his hand to hopelessly flirt with whoever catches his eye.

ALICE KAYO LIN WIZARDING ADULT FULL NAME: Alice Kayo Lin NICKNAME: N/A. Don’t even think of trying to come up with a cute nickname for her, many have tried and all have failed to impress. Calling her Alice is just fine, really. There’s no point in trying to come put with a fancy nickname. Trying to be a cheeky smartass will only end with you getting punched in the face or somewhere else. GENDER: female AGE: 19 BIRTHDATE: October 1, 2186 FORMER HOUSE: Former Illvermorny student. Thunderbird!! BLOOD STATUS: Muggleborn SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Pansexual WAND: 11 2/4”, cherry blossom, dragon scale OCCUPATION: underground Mixed Martial Artist, Pilliwickle student ORGANIZATIONS: N/A SPECIAL ABILITY: Metamorphmagus
PERSONALITY MIRROR OF ERISED:
Alice is a person who likes to have ambition, something to aspire to be and do. As a result, there always seems to be some new goal in which she sets her mind on. She currently aiming to continue her studies as a law student, while making a living as a mixed martial artist in an effort to help pay her way through university. The more fights she takes part in, the more addicted she seems to get to the fighting. With the way she’s currently headed, it may only be a matter of time before that world completely swallows her. But is it really for her? Or is she meant to do better things? The things people do to pay for university, right.
BOGGART:
It’s difficult for her to admit what her biggest fear is, as she likes putting on a display of not being afraid of anything. But the truth is she’s deeply afraid of isolation. She fears the feeling of being abandoned and left alone by everyone she has come to care for. She fears losing her friends, family, and loved once.
DEMENTOR:
Worst memory? She doesn’t have many terrible memories to be honest. The worst she can think of immediately is from her first week in England. She was out late, too late and ran into a man around her age. Honestly, he couldn’t have been no older than 20 at the most. He asked her if she was lost, and knowing it was somewhat true she answered honestly. Alice asked him for help, hoping maybe he’d help her to at least get to the bus stop. Things went wrong from there. He ended up tricking her, using his kindness as a mask to hide his true intentions. The man ended up leading to her a back alley, and before she knew it she was being pinned to a wall. The way his eyes stared at her, like she was his prey. The prey he had been chasing, and now was looking forward to claiming his own. For the first time in her life she felt powerless, weak. She could tell was he was planning almost immediately. He was going… going to violate her in horrible ways. And if Robb hadn’t been passing by chance, wouldn’t have happened to find her when he did, then maybe the man would have managed to get what he wanted. Would have stolen the last bits of innocence and dignity she had managed to hold onto, with her feeling too powerless to fight back.
AMORTENTIA:
Cherry blossoms, mint tea, leather
VERITASERUM:
She’s currently part of a small street gang, and takes part in their activities occasionally when she’s in desperate need of money. The leader actually introduced her to the underground fighting ring she fights in, while also being her boyfriend.
PATRONUS:
Malayan Tiger
LIKES:
Parties, martial arts, tigers, Malaysia, college life, coffee, adrenaline, mint tea, nights out, reading, soccer, socializing, taking advantage of the opportunities tossed at her, boys, kickboxing, standing up for her beliefs, running, music, dancing
DISLIKES:
Fighting (it’s a necessity sure, but is she really meant to do it forever?), feeling desperate, struggling, prejudice, people who feel they are entitled, weakness, mind games, idiots
STRENGTHS:
• Confident – A lack of confidence has never been an issue for her. Alice knows who she is, and what she wants and she isn’t one to allow others dictate how she lives. Even if some of her decisions are far from ideal, she’ll take pride in each and every one of her accomplishments. As long as she’s able to do whatever she seeks to do in the long run, then that’s all that matters.
• Athletic – Since she was a little girl, Alice has gone through different training programs in the martial arts. She’s trained in Tai Kwon Do, Karate, and Jiu-Jutsu. Not to mention she began taking part in kickboxing lessons after her sixteenth birthday. Due to this she has managed to achieve an athletic body, capable of keeping up with all the activities she takes part in.
• Observant – Not exactly what one might expect of her at first glance, but she is highly observant. Alice has an uncanny ability to notice small things that no one else can. She can easily tell if someone is lying to her by keeping an eye on their body and facial movements. It comes easy to her. Not to mention she has a talent for finding hidden objects that were believed to be lost. She can find things that someone else may miss entirely.
WEAKNESSES:
• Fiery Temper – This should speak for itself. Anyone who has ever managed to piss her off, knows exactly how easy it is to do so. Insulting her family, those she cares about, or trying to get under her skin in any way will set her off. She doesn’t want to deal with anyone’s bull shit, and unfortunately won’t hesitate to jump down their throats if they so much cross any sort of line.
• Impatient – The waiting game sucks. There are few things she hates more than waiting or being made to wait, not to mention she detests the notion of making others wait for her. If you agree to meet her, please try to show up on time. If she has to wait more than thirty minutes, don’t be surprised if she blows you entirely. There’s only so many hours in which she can remain awake throughout a day, and she’d rather not waste her time waiting around for slackers and slowpokes.
• Party Girl – With being a university student, comes a particular life that some choose to partake in. Alice wasn’t always into the party scene, but after the past few years she has taken to it with natural ease. As her confidence grew, her love for having fun and partying it up only increased as well. She doesn’t indulge in the full party life style, trying to avoid the hardcore drugs for the most part. The drinking she doesn’t mind, but she tries not to let herself reach the point of getting too drunk out of fear of being taken advantage of. However, the constant parties can be a distraction, one that can cause her to forget to study on occasion at best. At worst she’ll wake up with no memories of what happened the night before, and that alone terrifies her. Finding the perfect balance is difficult, and something she is always struggling with.
HABITS:
Always has some form of relaxing music playing in the background while studying. Threatening to punch anyone who so much as stares at her the wrong way. Dancing in her dorm room when she’s alone, or when she thinks she has a moment all to herself (she doesn’t want people to know she really, really likes dancing, okay)
GENERAL PERSONALITY:
Ah. Alice Lin, what a fiery little ball of aggression she is. At first glance she can be rather intimidating, with an aura that oozes confidence. She knows who she is and what she wants, and isn’t afraid to do whatever is necessary to get it. Fuck. She’s managed to let herself get caught up with a gang, and an underground fight club in order to make sure she can pay her tuition for university. Scholarships and grants can only pay so much, and well she’s not exactly from a rich family. So yeah, she’s doing what needs to be done to make sure everything is paid for. Other than that she isn’t one to take anyone’s bullshit. Do anything to mess with her, and Alice won’t hesitate to knock you down a peg or two. Or fight if it comes to that. She’s got a fiery lil’ temper and once it’s set off, things get heated quick.
Though when she’s not acting all hostile or aggressive, she likes to think of herself as a pretty fun individual. She’s a party girl at heart, and loves to go out once a week to have a bit of fun. Due to certain events of her past she tends to avoid hard drugs at all cost, while making an effort not to get too drunk. But when a party gets really wild, there’s always a slim chance of her getting completely wasted. At best she goes home feeling alive, sometimes with someone to help keep her bed warm at night. At worst she’ll end up blanking out and forgetting everything that happened, to the point where she once woke up completely naked in the dorm hallway.
When it comes to her studies, Alice is a rather intelligent young lady. Not genies level, and probably not enough to have her stand out as being top of her class, but she has the brains to succeed. If only she’d distance herself more from all of her distractions, then maybe she would be able to be one of the best in her classes. Instead she’s satisfied with just passing. As long as her marks remain where they need to be, then she’s happy to continue on doing what she’s doing. Then again maybe deep down a part of her never feels she’ll be good enough. Despite her confidence, Alice constantly feels the pressure to succeed. Her parents constantly rag on her for not taking her studies seriously, and there’s always a desire for her to outperform others. It might be why she was attracted to getting involved in all the fighting. It’s there where she feels strong, like she can take on the world if need be. She isn’t some weak girl who gets bullied or attacked. She’s someone who can stand up for herself, taking down anyone who stands in her way. Or when she manages to win at least. She is the tiger. A ferocious beast with the beauty to match. And that’s really all she’s ever wanted, to be like the tiger.

HISTORY:
At the young age of twenty-two, Chasity Favre was studying abroad in Malaysia for her last year of University. Being away from home had been frightening, but also liberating. She kept in contact with her family as often as she could, exchanging letters with her parents on a monthly basis. Her younger brother was less enthused about keeping in touch, but she tried. She tried so hard, wanting to let Cyrille Favre know that he wasn’t alone. That he didn’t need to be afraid, or so angry. As time went on, her final year came to an end, but Chasity found herself wanting to stay. Not only had she managed to find the perfect job opportunity, but she’d also met Shen Lin. The two met in a chance encounter at a coffee shop, with both ranting about dealing with some exceptionally horrid customer service. It began with them teaming up and complaining together, before they started talking and getting to know each other. Followed by them seeing each other more often, until they were an official couple. The more time she spent with him, the more Chase found herself falling in love with the man. She wanted to stay with him in Malaysia. To continue her career as a political journalist, with the hopes of rising through the ranks someday. Years passed by and their relationship only continued to grow, until Shen finally decided to pop the question during one afternoon. Months later they were married, even if Chasity’s parents felt she had waited a little too long. She was 28 at the time, and he was 30. Despite what others said it didn’t feel like it had been too long, it was the perfect moment. Then three months after her twenty-ninth birthday, Chasity Lin gave birth to who would be her first and only child. A beautiful baby girl whom the parents agreed to bless with the name Alice Kayo Lin.
Alice’s childhood wasn’t a horrible one. For the most part it was relatively pleasant, with both her parents being there to look out for her and help her when needed. Out of her parents, her father was probably the busiest. Trying to run a company he took over from his family, one that specialized in making advancements towards combining muggle technology with magic. Still despite the hectic lifestyle of running a business, Shen did everything he could to get home every night to spend at least an hour of each day with his little girl. And for the most part Alice was close to both her parents. Her mother helped her learn to cook, while trying to push her into studying frequently for school. The academic pushes made her naturally more likely to try to rebel against her mother, but once the cooking lessons began it would go back as if nothing had happened. Besides her parents, Alice also became close to the Malaysian half of her family. All of her father’s family took to her kindly, and she loved spending time with her grandparents and became extremely close to her aunt over the years.
Her first show of magic came at the young age of five, where after other girls teased her at school for having ‘ugly’ long hair, Alice decided she wanted to cut it all off. While distressed after another day of being teased, she managed to enchant a pair of scissors, making them cut off her long locks hoping that maybe it would end the bullying. The haircut was rather sloppy, with one side being longer than the other. Once done she looked at herself in the mirror, feeling rather proud of herself. Even if it was uneven she looked cool. No way would the other kids tease her anymore. But soon enough her parents found her sitting in her room, with her mother frantically asking what had happened. The woman wanted to think it had happened at school, that maybe her bullies had pushed her into cutting her hair off. Which they had to an extent. Still Alice argued with her parents, saying how she wanted shorter hair with tears streaming down her eyes. How it would stop the other girls from teasing her. She even explained how she made the scissors float, controlling them that way before finally bursting into tears, and leaning against her father to cry into his suit jacket. Three days later she used magic again to even her hair out, while also changing to become a shade of red. Not only was she magical, but she was also apparently a metamorphmagus. Though she wouldn’t learn of that until later.
Her ninth birthday came and went, when her father announced that they were all going to be leaving Malaysia. After going through many negotiations he’d made a deal to open an office in America, more specifically in the city of Chicago, Illinois. Which also meant the family would be required to move to America. Which Alice didn’t take too badly. As much as she had grown to love her hometown, and Malaysian family, a part of her was eager to get away. The bullying she’d endured at school never seemed to cease. Jealous girls continued finding new ways to be mean to her, over the fact they thought she was too pretty. Or chose to insult her choices to take part in Tai Kwon Do and Karate, rather than whatever it was they did. So even if she was going to miss Malaysia, when it came to school she was eager for a fresh start. Hopefully, in their new town things would be better. She wouldn’t be made fun of, and might actually make a few friends.
…And at first it was true. Alice obediently went along with the move, and Chicago proved to be a rather easy to settle into. Adjusting to timezones had been a challenge, true, but only a minor problem that lasted for a few days. A week or so after the move, she asked her father if she could resume her martial arts training. Shen agreed, with the two spending a weekend bonding while searching for studios. With how many there were to choose from, her father eventually settled on a Tai Kwon Do studio after talking to the instructor for hours in order to make sure the man knew his stuff. After that her father went back to being busy, much busier than usual to the point where there several days would pass by without her seeing any sign of him. Her relationship with her mother was alright, but as it became evident that she was becoming more and more of a tomboy, she kind of became less interested in some of the activities she used to do with her mother. The only thing that would keep her attention was cooking, and Chasity made sure to set aside one night each week for the two to practice cooking together.
School wise she was transferred into an elementary school, where she found it easier to get along with the other children. No one seemed to be bullying her. Alice gradually made a few friends, other kids who took an interest in her and wanted to hang out. No longer did jealous girls try to give her a hard time because she was pretty, or because she preferred to hang with the guys. Life felt great.
Or it was great until she received an invitation to attend the American magical school Ilvermorny. Reading through the words in the invitation brought about a mixture of anxiety and excitement. For one she was hesitated to start over again at another school, but on the other hand she wanted to learn more about magic. To learn to control it, without worrying about having an accident because her temper flared even the tiniest bit. Her father sat her down to talk over things with her during one of his rare days off, helping her adjust to the idea of attending the magical school. Most of it didn’t feel all that friendly though, wither her father going on about how important it was for her to get a magical education. Some of his words created more pressure, rather than being reassuring. Still in the end she decided to go. What the worst that could happen? And if she was a witch, she might as well learn how to use the power given to her. Like control her ability to change her hair color, and such without having it happen randomly. Or when her emotions run high.
Her first began months later, with Alice arriving at Ilvermorny castle. She wasn’t sure how to take everything in based on first impression, though she was increasingly excited to spend time away from home. The idea of being away from her parents, and living far away was thrilling. At the ceremony she was sorted into Thunderbird, which out of all the houses had appealed to her the most. At least it had a pretty badass mascot! That meant the house was sure to be awesome, right. Of course if it wasn’t Thunderbird, she wouldn’t have minded Horned Serpent. Based on first impressions alone – aka the animals each represented– those were the ones that caught her attention the most. Still her first year passed by relatively quickly. Despite her initial excitement, Alice didn’t make too much effort making friends, instead choosing to spend time learning her way around the castle. She wanted to adjust to the place, before socializing too much. Not to mention her father’s words constantly buzzed in her ear, telling her how vital it was for her to maintain excellent grades. Which meant she spent a fair amount of time in the library reading and studying. It was through her reading that she learned more of her ability to change her appearance. She was a metamorphmagus, which the more she read about the ability the more it made sense. Not to mention knowing about it helped her learn to control it, causing her to spend an hour a day messing around playing with her ability.
By the time her second year rolled around, Alice managed to work up the courage to get up and socialize more. Which turned out to be a mistake. Many of her classmates turned out to be rather cruel. She faced bullying on a constant basis, with a lot of it being rather racist. She lost count of how many people commented how she didn’t look Asian, and questioning if she had lied about where she was from. It was a lot to take in, causing her to seek out solitude once again in an attempt to escape it all. Her third and fourth years weren’t much better. As she began to get older, and her body developed boys began to notice. The bullying only worsened, with harassment joining in with the teasing and taunting. Since some of the boys saw her as being more exotic looking, there were the jealous girls who decided to give her a hard time. It became common for her to be called ugly on a constant basis, or how boys were only interested in her because she was Malaysian. How they weren’t interested in her for who she was, but because she was different?
Over the summer she took out all her feelings out by practicing Tai Kwon Do and Karate with a new dedicated fierceness, while also slowly taking an interest in Jiujutsu. It helped her to feel stronger. Like no one could take her on, yet all those feelings vanished completely whenever she came to face with those who bullied her. Alice tried to talk to her parents about her problems, but both her mother and father became increasingly busy. They were always working. Always too busy to spend more than an hour with her, and when she did approach them hoping to talk to them about what was bothering her the subject always changed quickly. Usually her grades would be mentioned, or her mother would state that it didn’t matter what others thought of her. What was important was how she felt? Which was utter bullshit. Alice knew what she thought of herself. She felt pathetic and ugly and… and like someone who only attracted the attention of mean and cruel people. People who wanted to harass her, maybe even hurt her. And it was those same people who made her feel that way. They were always dragging her down, and she slowly began to realize that she wouldn’t think better of herself until she did something.
Her fifth year arrived, and with it the same old problems. The bullying didn’t stop, causing her to sink further into an antisocial bubble. At the very least it provided her enough time to focus on her grades. While Alice would never receive top marks in any of her classes, she was far from being stupid. If anything she had proven to be fairly intelligent, at least on a slightly above average level. She had what it took to perform well when she set her mind on something, and her work ethic meant that she was willing to strive to at least perform well in classes. One of her professors had taken notice to the bullying she seemed to be receiving, and tried multiple times to approach about it. Each time Alice would avoid the topic, choosing instead to ask for help with her homework. Or ask to help clean up the classroom, so she wouldn’t have to head straight to the dormitories.
Halfway through her fifth year, Alice reluctantly began dating a boy who she had had a crush on for the past year or so. He was cute, and had been sorted into Wampus back in their first year. His name was Ben, a member of the Wampus quadpot team, and someone always seemed to treat her kindly. Or well he did until they started dating. The relationship proved to be rather chaotic and unhealthy. What started out as a girl wanting to date her crush, turned into her being insulted and mistreated almost daily. Ben treated her like dirt, but always finding that one nice thing to say that would keep her from breaking up with him. He’s slap her hard, only to say how it was an accident, or it was normal to hit those you cared about from time to him. Whenever she mentioned breaking up with him, he’d yell at her and tell her how he was the only person who would ever accept her. The only one who saw her true beauty, and Alice would be sucked in every time. So, she withstood the abuse and harassment for as long as she could. Until he crossed a line – more like threw up all over it – when he tried to manipulate her into sleeping with him. Alice knew she wasn’t ready to take that large step in a relationship, hell she was already questioning whether or not she should stand up for herself and dump his. So, she refused, and actually stood up for him by calling him out on all his bullshit. Then a month later she received a death threat, one that was signed with a single letter. B. Feeling frightened she ran to one of her professor’s, shoving the letter at them not knowing if it was real or not. Even if it wasn’t, it still frightened her. It was from Ben surely. Breaking up with him had been a mistake, one that she should never have done. She spent the afternoon crying in the professor’s office, eventually explaining the entire situation. The staff met the next day to take action immediately, and by the time the end of the year rolled around Ben had been expelled for Ilvermorny. Whether it was serious or an empty threat mattered not, though Alice no longer cared. She was just happy to have the asshole Wampus out of her life for good.
Thanks to her standing up to Benjamin, Alice went into her sixth year feeling more confident in herself. She made the decision early on to refuse to back off and refuse to stand for herself. Fuck. She decided not to take anyone’s bullshit anymore. Over the course of her final two years, Alice made sure to stand up to everyone who had treated her maliciously. Even going so far as to kick the butts of those who thought they could still hassle her. And it felt liberating. As she stood up for herself more and more, she noticed that all the bullies eventually just stopped. They realized she was no longer a weak girl who would stand to the side while they did whatever they wanted. Over time she found herself gradually making friends. Friends who shared similar interests with her, or wanted to bring an end to all the injustice in the world. On the side she managed to maintain a somewhat steady schedule for studying, while obtaining high grades in almost all of her classes, at least those she felt a desire to pay attention in. Mostly the ones she knew she would need in her future no matter what career she inevitably went with.
After graduation, she decided to spend the summer in Malaysia, visiting her Malaysian family. While there she began seriously looking into possible career choices. Which ones seemed to call to her, while casually researching different universities around the world. Alice wasn’t aware of it immediately, but the idea of studying criminal law appealed to her. Finding the ins and outs of how to defend and prosecute those who were put on trial. She wasn’t sure which she wanted to focus in, but she knew she wanted to study it. Which lead her to doing research on Pilliwickle University. The magical law school had a pretty solid reputation, and the idea of traveling to England was appealing. It was either that or study back in America. Either way she applied to the school, with the hopes of getting accepted. Just in case she didn’t, she chose a few back up schools, while applying for as many scholarships and grants as she possibly could. Within a couple of months, she received her acceptance letter, and made plans to move to England instead of traveling back to America. Of course, she contacted her parents first so they wouldn’t think she was kidnapped while in Malaysia.
Her first week in England was rather eventful to say the least. Alice sought the Pilliwickle campus immediately, to settle into her dorm since she needed a place to live. It followed with a tour of the campus, which allowed her to meet a few of her would be classmates and other students who would be attending with her. Later in the week she went out with a few future students to hit up a local night club, introducing her to the college party lifestyle. Though the night wasn’t exactly pleasant. While she was returning back to campus, Alice made the mistake of asking a passing man for directions. Which followed with her being lured into an alley, before the stranger shoved her against a wall. Mugged was she being mugged… or did he want something else. Terrified by what was going on, she struggled to get away, only serving to piss her attack off further. He insulted her, threatened her, and proved how easily he could over power her. Near the end of the encounter he seemed to notice her in other ways, and decided he wanted to have a bit of fun. As he began moving to undress her, Alice fought to struggle further. It didn’t seem to have any effect, as he only pinned her against the wall more. She only grew more and more frightened, and convinced that he’d have his way with her until someone else arrived at the scene. Another man managed to pass by, hearing her cries and pleas, decided to take action. Save her from losing something that she’d never be able to get back.
After the encounter ended with her savior fighting off her attacker, Alice found herself feeling drawn to the man. She asked for his name, Robb, while asking if he’d help her get back to campus. While walking the two talked and got to know each other, with Robb offering her a job to work with him should she ever need the money. Unsure what kind of job it was, Alice decided to check it out. She wasn’t exactly rich, and the scholarships and grants she’d managed to obtain would only pay for so much. Any help paying for her education would be welcome.
Days later she was introduced to Robb’s friends. Friends who ran an underground fighting club, and after some convincing she decided to try out to see if she could take part. Her years of training in the martial arts seemed to pay off, as everyone who watched was impressed. At the very least impressed enough to offer her a spot in the club, with the deal being she’d make money for every fight she won. Robb also invited her to help him with his other work. The older man ran a local gang, and he thought she’d be able to help its influence grow by helping him get contacts around Pilliwickle’s campus. At the same time, she’d be expected to take part in any activities she was called in for, with the promise of being payed rather well. Still desperate for money – and swayed by a growing attraction to the man – she agreed to work for him under the condition that she would never kill anyone.
Time passed by and her first semester at Pilliwickle began. Alice took to university life rather quickly, though a lot of her time was spent at parties and such. She fell in love with the party lifestyle, almost to the point where it began to distract her from her studies on occasion. Her grades managed to remain average at best, but it was clear she wasn’t performing as well as she could. When her parents received word that she wasn’t performing her best, after her first year had ended they sent her numerous letters telling her how shameful her behavior was. How she needed to focus on her studies, and ignore whatever activities she was involved with. Her father even flew out to tell her in person just how disgraceful her performance was, how her behavior would only come back to haunt her if she didn’t snap out of whatever phase she was in. Alice being Alice, argued with her parents, even going so far as to tell her father that he couldn’t control her. And it wasn’t like she wasn’t studying. She was just struggling to find a balance between it, all the parties, and her side job.
Her relationship with her parents grew shaky, and instead of trying to sort it out she found herself spending more and more time with Robb. Her attraction to the man only grew, and as they spent more time together the two of them eventually started dating. It’s not the healthiest of relationship, if anything it’s more one-sided than anything. Robb agreed to date her more so out of a desire to keep her close to him, to make sure she never betrayed him. The attraction she felt for him made it easy for her to be manipulated. They weren’t technically dating, but she was lead to believe they were. She became his little plaything, someone who he could use as he saw fit. To help his little gang grow, and to obtain contacts around the University. To get in touch with powerful people who might be interested in helping him, while he helped them in return.
With her sophomore year halfway over, Alice is still struggling to find a balance between her studies and the party life she has come to love. Even if she’s careful to avoid any hardcore drugs, and getting too wasted there’s no doubt its having an effect on her. Not mention she’s caught in a dangerous world, involving working with a street gang and taking part in an underground fight club. The things desperate people do for money, huh. Caught in a one-sided relationship with the leader of the street gang, she’s also slowly starting to question if she’s in love with the man or not. Does she love him? Or has she only grown attached to him because he saved her once from a bad encounter? Those who know her and pay attention might be able to see that she’s falling down a dangerous path. One that could put her studies at jeopardy, where she will be forced to drop out of university. But there are ways to save her right? Alice isn’t destined to be caught in the world of crime, doing whatever she can to earn the money she needs can she. She’s got to be destined for more.

AISLINN CLARA BISHOP HUFFLEPUFF
FULL NAME: Aislinn Clara Bishop NICKNAME: All her friends call her Bunny, only her friends. Most anyone else who she doesn’t know as well sometimes call her Linn, well usually if they are too lazy to say her full name. GENDER: female AGE: 11 BIRTHDATE: August 15, 2194 HOUSE: Hufflepuff YEAR: first year BLOOD STATUS: Half-blood SEXUAL ORIENTATION: unsure NATIONALITY: Irish/Italian WAND: 11”, willow, unicorn hair GROUPS/CLUBS: N/A
PERSONALITY
MIRROR OF ERISED:
Aislinn genuinely doesn’t know what she wants. She’s still young, and like most children her dreams are always changing. All she really wants at the moment is to for the brat pack to be best friends forever. She wants to stick by her friends, going on all kinds of wacky and fun adventures with them, while causing a bit of mischief on the side.
BOGGART:
Sharks. Ever since she was little, Aislinn has always had an irrational fear of sharks. Despite never actually encountered on, or rarely visiting the ocean she is terrified of the creatures. There’s just something about them.
DEMENTOR:
Being so young, she has been rather fortunate not to have experienced anything too traumatic. Her worst memory to date would probably be when her Grandfather died. She used to always love visiting him, and listening to his stories, and it shook her hard when she learned that he had passed on.
AMORTENTIA:
Strawberries, freshly fallen leaves, fireworks
VERITASERUM:
She really likes comics, video games, manga, anime and pretty much all nerdy things. She’s not sure why she keeps it a secret, well other than a possibility of other students bullying her and making her feel like she’s different. Or telling her that she’s just going through a stupid phase, and needs to get over it. Poor little Bunny has yet to embrace her nerdiness.
One secret that she works hard to hide from everyone, even the pack, is the fact that she’s a talented dancer. Aislinn began taking dance lesson when she was five, but after her grandfather’s death she sort of stopped practicing in front of others. Instead she feigns a disinterest, saying that without her grandfather around to encourage her there’s no point. So, instead she dances in secret. Sneaking away to the Room of Requirement whenever an opportunity arises in order to make sure she can be alone.
PATRONUS:
She’s a little too young to come even close to producing a patronus at the moment. Though if she were able to, it would probably take the form of a sea otter.
LIKES:
The pack (c’mon they’re her best friends, so they gotta be at the top of her list), music, dancing (secretly), comics, video games, manga, singing, sports, mischief, nature, strawberries, sweets, swimming
DISLIKES:
SHARKS (caps is necessary okay, she really, really hates sharks), getting in trouble, bullies, uncool professors, broccoli, fighting
STRENGTHS:
• Understanding – It’s no secret that little Bunny is a gentle soul, one who is always willing to listen to her friends or even the occasional stranger who looks down. If one of the pack is down, she will do whatever she can to help them through their troubles. Whether it be by just listening or talking, or pushing herself to be the one to encourage them to go out exploring, maybe cause a bit of mischief.
• Loyalty – Just by looking at the way she interacts with her friends, there’s no denying how close she is to them. How important they are. If given the chance she’d do anything for them. Her strong sense of loyalty guarantees that she’ll always stick by them no matter what. Never judging, just having fun with the pack. Because at the end of the day she’s part of the Pack, and there’s no way she’s ever leaving any single one of them behind no matter what.
• Passionate – Bunny is a passionate soul, with a deep love for everything she’s interested in. Whether it be the nerdy things she does in secret, looking for mischief and adventure, swimming, dancing or even just relaxing someplace where she can watch animals or just be surrounded by nature. Every activity she does, and wants to take part in she will make sure to put her whole heart into doing her best.
WEAKNESSES:
• Shy – Despite how it may appear when she interacts with her friends, Aislinn is far from being considered a social creature. Around strangers and people who she doesn’t know very well, Bunny tends to act rather shy. Painfully so, in fact. She hides away often when left alone, often in one of the spots where only her friends and maybe a professor would know where to find her. There’s only a small number of people who will make her shyness vanish completely, her friends. Or sometimes even when she’s in the midst of doing something, she really wants to do.
• Mischievous – Making friends with the other members of the Pack, has helped bring out a mischievous side to her. As shy as she can be, Aislinn finds enjoyment in sneaking about with her friends, and causing the occasional bit of trouble. Pranking older students and siblings, or silently throwing a marble at two people who look like they’re about to kiss. Gross! And of course, finding the occasional opportunity to sneak out and have a bit of an adventure. Whether at night or during the day.
• Waking up in the morning – Once she falls asleep, Aislinn wants to remaining in a state of sleep for as long as possible. That and she tends to stay up later than she should, due to working on homework or whatever activity catches her attention. As you might expect, it can be remarkably difficult for her to get up straight away in the mornings. Instead she’ll try to catch another few minutes of z’s or lie in bed thinking of whatever sweet dreams she had. If not either of those, she’ll simply look forward to whatever shenanigans the pack will get up to during the day. Once enough time has passes, only then will she startle herself to become fully awake before getting ready for the day, and rushing off to her first class so not to be late.
HABITS:
Biting her fingernails whenever she feels incredibly shy or nervous.
Throwing little things like marbles or pebbles at couples who are getting too close, looking like their faces are about to touch and kiss and stuff. Usually while hiding behind some sort of cover, cause yeah she’s too shy to show her face x3
GENERAL PERSONALITY:
To many, Aislinn has often been described as cute and almost innocent. There’s a reason why her friends call her bunny, mostly because she’s considered the cute one of the group. She’s mostly a friendly and considerate girl, who doesn’t mind listening to others complaining especially if it helps her friends feel better after a long, boring day. Around strangers and people who she doesn’t know very well, Aislinn has a habit of becoming rather shy and timid. Social interaction becomes awkward, and she often finds herself growing warier the longer she feels forced to be in a situation. She’ll become even more anxious when around anyone who is rather boisterous and loud, trying to find any way she can to escape from the confrontation. It can take her awhile to become comfortable around others, and naturally it’s easier for her to be around strangers who are more quiet, more patient, and won’t scare her with their loud, obnoxious antics.
Watching how she interacts with her friends, reveals that once she opens up to others then she can become so much more than just a shy little girl. While she still doesn’t appear to be the most social, she cares genuinely for each and every member of the pack. They accept her for who she is, and bring out the best and worst for her. It’s easy to talk with them, and there’s rarely ever a boring day to be had. Her wonder and sense of adventure becomes apparent, as she will be just as eager to sneak into the Forbidden Forest in order to explore as anyone else. Maybe more than others. However, her mischievous side is also brought out, which may or may not come as a huge surprise. Aislinn can be surprisingly cunning, always watching and observing a surrounding area in order to make sure a prank goes off without a hitch. As much as she loves watching the pranks happen, she often finds herself working in the background. Helping to plan, and taking action from a distance. If something needs to be thrown, then she’ll be ready to do it. Staying hidden is what she’s good at, and sometimes the best pranks need someone hiding in the shadows in order to guarantee they are successful.
Buried deep down underneath the surface, there lies a fiery temper that rarely flares up. Mostly due to shyness and hesitance to stand up to others, particularly those who are rather intimidating. However, there’s no denying that she’s passionate about the things she loves and believes in. Upon hearing someone insult or say something she disagrees with, a part of Bunny is will debate trying to shout out, try to call them out for being wrong. But she never does. Instead she tends to remain quiet, sometimes hiding and watching things go down without doing anything. She’ll let people insult and bully her without trying to make a stand for herself, only to run back into her room, taking her anger out on one of her plush animals or pillow. On occasion she feels as if she’s the weakest amongst her group of friends, the one who always thinks about running and hiding from the mean students and others who might give her a hard time.
HISTORY
FAMILY: • Alexander Bishop, 37, Half-blood, Father • Cintia Bishop nee’ Farkas, 35, Half-blood, Mother • Landry Bishop, 16, Half-blood, Brother
WEALTH STATUS: Her family is sitting comfortably at middle class. HOMETOWN: Bellemore, England CURRENT RESIDENCE: Bellemora, England. PETS:
An eagle owl named Midna.
HISTORY:
Like many stories, this is one that begins with a tale of two people meeting. After having suffered a horrible breakup with his high school sweetheart, Alexander Bishop decided to listen to a couple of his friends and give the blind dating scene a try. He wasn’t expecting anything to come of it. Really it started out as more of a joke, something to do while recovering from having his heart ripped out. But it was through one of the dating services that he managed to meet one Cintia Farkas. A young woman training to be a healer, who was possibly one of the most honest people he had ever talked to through the dating service. While sending letters back and forth, the two managed to keep in touch for months, getting to know each other before realizing that there was some form of connection between them. One that made both want to meet each other, and before either knew it they were making arrangements for their first date. The date itself went surprisingly well, ending with Alexander and Cintia agreeing to on another. Then another, then another, and as more time passed Alexander soon found himself falling madly in love with the woman who he’d randomly through some weird dating service. And Cintia returned the same feelings. A couple years passed by before Alexander knew for sure he wanted to spend the rest of his life with the woman, couldn’t imagine life without her, and worked up the courage to pop the question. Cintia answered immediately with a loud yes, and after months of planning the two of them were happily married in front of all their friends and family. The honeymoon phase came and went, and nine months later Cintia gave birth to their first son. A beautiful baby boy, who both parents agreed to name Landry.
A little over four years later the small family was settling down comfortably, when Cinti discovered she was expecting once again. During the early months of the pregnancy, both parents made the decision to move to Bellmora Village in England. An established wizarding village founded by Absinthe Bellmore who was a former student of one Helga Hufflepuff, the history of the village was something that fascinated both Cintia and Alexander. Absinthe had set out to create a community for wizarding families to gather, and now centuries later it had achieved a reputation of being a peaceful, prosperous place where parents could raise their families in peace. The sort of village that appealed to two parents looking for a new home where their growing family would find comfort.

MORGAN GWENDOLYN PRYCE Wizarding Adult FULL NAME: Morgan Gwendolyn Pryce (birth name Zarya Alyona Romanova, but it was wiped from her memories along with her real family when her birth parents gave her up after assuming that she was a squib.) NICKNAME: N/A BIRTHDATE: April 7, 2178 AGE: 24 PREVIOUS HOUSE: never attended BLOOD STATUS: Squib, although she isn’t aware of this fact. She believes that she is just a normal muggle with no magical heritage. SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Bi-Sexual WAND: doesn’t own a wand OCCUPATION: Musician, Werewolf, Homeless, Criminal
PERSONALITY MIRROR OF ERISED:
Morgan doesn’t have any dreams, as she gave up on any of them ever coming true years ago. Dreams are just that dreams and nothing more. However there is a part of her that desperately wants to fit in and feel welcome, and maybe even find love somewhere down the line if it’s at all possible.
BOGGART:
Being captured and locked away forever. Ever since she was a child, Morgan has had a distinct fear of being locked away in isolation for long periods of time. She may not be the most social of people, but the idea of being locked away from the world is just as bad in her mind as being surrounded by idiots.
DEMENTOR:
While she tries to forget all her worst memories there are always a few that stand out in her mind. The time when she was sexually assaulted by an ex-boyfriend when she was sixteen would be one of her worst, as would being attacked and bitten by a large would when she was eighteen.
AMORTENTIA:
freshly picked roses, wet dog fur, pine needles
VERITASERUM:
When she was nineteen she was a drug addict who was always in search for the next high, and while she gave up that life for the most part she still does drugs on occasion. Usually to help deal with stress, or to ease all negative emotions that she may feel at any other time. And of course she still enjoys them.
PATRONUS:
she is unable to produce a patronus.
LIKES:
solitude, motorcycles, reading, adrenaline, fire, weed, alcohol, sleeping in abandoned houses, warm blankets, wolves, quiet
DISLIKES:
being homeless, feeling unloved, people, feeling like she’s all alone in the world, addicts, herself, her family, being a werewolf, magic, being looked down upon, pity, feeling inferior
STRENGTHS:
Passionate - When it comes to working in areas in which she loves there is a clear sign of passion that shows, even if it isn’t visible on her face. She works harder to complete tasks in which she enjoys doing, or even those that will show the world that she isn’t completely useless.
Crafty and Intelligent While she may be homeless, Morgan is a highly intelligent individual. She read often when she had a home, and often takes advantage whenever she sees signs of free books being given away. Due to this she has managed to gain a lot of knowledge, in which she is more than capable of putting it too excellent use in order to survive.
Sneaky - If living on the streets has taught her anything, then it is that a certain degree of stealthiness is always needed. She has become quite skilled in the art of breaking into abandoned buildings in search for a place to sleep, and has even managed to learn more than a few well crafted ways to pickpocket others without them knowing. Not to mention if she ever wished to steal from one of the more wealthy homes, then she’s more than confident that she could easily find a way to do so.
WEAKNESSES:
Distrustful - Morgan finds it incredibly difficult to trust anyone to the point where she has grown to always show a large amount of distrust in everyone she meets.
Stubborn - Once an idea pops into her head, then she will do whatever it takes to accomplish whatever needs to be done to make it happen. She will forgo sleep and food until a project is completed, and will even remain outdoors in the pouring rain if it means getting something done sooner. The words give up are almost non-existent in her mind, as she refuses to quit no matter what kind of dangers it may lead to.
Inferiority complex - With all that life has seemed to throw her way, Morgan has developed a sort of inferiority complex. She often feels that she is useless around other people, and can’t help but constantly question what exactly her place in the world is.
HABITS:
Kicks walls when she’s highly agitated and sometimes even bored. Constantly watches all those around her, in a distrustful manner, while also observing what’s going on. Will braid her hair while deeply in thought.
GENERAL PERSONALITY:
There are two different sides to Morgan Pryce, and which one a person is well acquainted with depends on how and when they meet her. The first side is the cold and highly distrustful side to Morgan, and this for the most part is her normal self. She can often come off as a frigid bitch for the most part, as she has a lot to be angry with in the world. Life hasn’t been easy on her and it shows in the way she interacts with others. Morgan is very distant and doesn’t trust very easily, in fact she would rather trust absolutely no one than put trust in anyone to only be betrayed later on. It is common for her to act as if she’s angry at the world around her, and if her rage is induced enough then she can come off as being highly hostile. If feeling even the tiniest bit threatened, then Morgan will not hesitate to attack someone who’s in her line of sight. She always carries a small blade around with her just in case she feels a need to defend herself. She often lashes out at the smallest of annoyances, and the louder someone is then the more likely she will be to grow angry at them. What happens beyond that point depends on the situation at hand? One thing's for certain, and that is she isn’t afraid to kill if it means that she gets to survive.
Then there’s what some like to call ‘High Morgan’. As can be expected this is her personality after she’s had a few drugs in her system, usually weed or something similar. While she has managed to give up most of the drugs from her drug addict days, Morgan has never been able to fully give up on them all. The reason for this is that drugs help ease her stress, as well as get rid of some of the negative emotions she may feel at any other time. After smoking a joint, she usually becomes much more carefree and fun. She doesn’t have a care in the world, and often finds a lot of joy in taking part in various activities. She has a love for certain extreme sports, as well as motorcycles and so may look for ways to partake in some activity involving such things. It isn’t unheard of for her to steal a motorcycle that’s parked on the road, only to abandon it elsewhere once her high has fully gone away.
Despite how different these two sides of Morgan may come across, there are some key similarities shared between them. The most obvious is her constant inferiority complex. Morgan often feels useless and as if she never does anything truly worthwhile. Such feelings may even be translated as the primary reason why she does drugs in the first place. With no one to truly trust or depend on, she turned to drugs instead of seeking other people who may have been willing to help her. It is also highly evident that she is a highly clever individual, as even when under the influence of some substance she always finds ways to surprise those around her with her intelligence. She has been known to steal books often, and has a love for science and technology. Morgan seems to have a natural skill in using different kinds of electric devices for different purposes, even if she doesn't always find herself using them she is quick to figure out how to use different devices after glancing them over.
HISTORY FAMILY: • Idris Pryce, 48, Muggle, adoptive father • Carys Pryce, 46, Muggle, adoptive mother • Steffan Pryce, 28, Muggle, adoptive brother
• Aleksi Romanov, 46, Pureblood, Father • Mariya Romanova, 45, Pureblood, Mother
WEALTH STATUS: dirt poor RESIDENCE: someplace different every night, usually in an abandoned building of some kind PETS: a stray dog that took to following her around in recent months that she calls Lyndon
HISTORY:
It was on April 7, 2178 when the girl who would become Morgan Gwendolyn Pryce entered the world kicking and screaming like any other infant. Her birth father was a pureblood wizard known as Aleksi Romanov, while her mother was another pureblood known as Mariya Romanova. For the first five years of her life she went by the name Zarya Alyona Romanova, and was raised in a standard pure blood elitist family. Both of her birth parents tried to teach her from a young age how important it was expected of her to grow up to be a great witch, as her father wanted someone to follow his legacy when he was gone. However, they also expected her to begin using magic at a young age. Neither of her parents were the patient type, and when she failed to use even the slightest amount of magic by the time she was five her father was quick in deciding that she had to have been a squib. Naturally such a thing was an insult to such a powerful family, and the situation had to be dealt with. The young Zarya was then dropped off by her father in a mall located in Moscow, Russia where she was abandoned to fend for herself after having what little memories she had of her birth family wiped from her mind.
How long she remained out on her own would remain unknown, but it must have felt like an eternity to the young girl. The now nameless girl wandered through the streets for almost twenty-four hours in search for someone who may have been her family. She ended up spending the night with a kind, old homeless man and his cat, as most of the people who she came across were more than content to ignore the five year old girl all on her own. For three days she stayed with the homeless man, and it didn’t take long for her to begin to like him. While he may have been a stranger to her, he had become almost like a grandfather type figure, or perhaps would have if she would have lived with him on the streets even longer. During the evening of her third day on the streets, she happened to run into a man who had been visiting the country on a business trip. The man in question was Idris Pryce, who took pity on her and decided to take her to his hotel room in order to eat some decent food and clean up. The man’s wife, Carys, was in the hotel room when the two arrived, and the woman was quick to take a liking to Zarya. After bathing and eating her first full meal in days, she began to quickly like the couple. She spent the rest of the day with Carys, and talking about how she had been living on her own for as long as she could remember. When it became clear that she didn’t have any memories of her past days, the Pryces grew worried that she had been abandoned by her original family. She was allowed to sleep over in the hotel room, and the next day Idris and Carys Pryce decided to adopted the young girl. They also re-named her Morgan Gwendolyn Pryce after it became apparent that she had no clue as to what her birth name was. After saying goodbye to the nice old man who she lived with the three days prior, Morgan left with her new family to Swansea, Wales.
Adjusting to a new life was easy for the most part, but then again adjusting to anything can be far easier to do for a five year old than it would be for an adult. Morgan quickly grew to learn to love her adopted parents, and even developed a close bond with her adopted brother, Steffan. Despite the four year age difference, Steffan was quick in accepting Morgan as being his little sister. While the two were never as close as they could have been, there was a clear sense of a brother and sister bond that developed between the two. Morgan may have preferred remaining isolated from others for the most part, but she almost always went to her brother for help before anyone else. Then her parents if he was too busy doing something or hanging out with his group of friends. When she started school it never occurred to her to be nervous, as she felt more than confident that her older brother would be there to help her out with whatever challenge she might face. That and she was also excited to learn new things, and from a young age it became increasingly apparent that Morgan was a bright individual. She may not have been the most outgoing of children, but her desire to learn made up for her lack of social skills. In fact most of her time in school was spent away from the other children her own age, as she often took to sitting in a corner and reading a book. She often found it difficult to connect with the other children her own age, and as a result it became incredibly difficult for her to make friends. It often felt as if no one was truly worth her time, as everyone else seemed more concerned with petty things. They preferred worrying about friends, fitting in, and wanting to be popular, where she was more than happy just focusing on actually learning new things. At the very least she felt as if she could depend on her older brother, and after awhile she actually began hanging out with him and his friends more than those her own age.
Primary school went by with her remaining distant from her peers, and secondary school was more or less the same. Any friends who she did make often abandoned her shortly after, as they couldn't deal with her wanting to read rather than talk about hot boys. Her grades were always high, and many of her teachers were often quick to complicate her on her success, and a few even tried to push her on as being an exceptional student. It wasn’t until later school years when Morgan truly began feeling as if she could socialize normally with others. After meeting a few other girls who shared her passions for learning, she quickly began to socialize more. It surprisingly didn’t take long for her to begin to think of the other girls as being her friends, and one of them even introduced her to the world of music. Not that she was a stranger to it, as she listened to it just as much as any other teenager, but instead she was introduced to the idea of performing her own music. Morgan quickly found a passion for singing and playing the guitar, and after awhile she even joined up with a garage band that needed a lead singer/guitar player. While her skills on the instrument weren’t quite up to standards, the band members had all agreed to let her join based on the fact that she had the kind of voice they were looking for. She began taking guitar lessons from the the band leader, as he had decided it would be best for her to take full advantage of her musical talents. Months passed by and Morgan could hear how much she was improving since she had joined the band, and even found herself growing more and more attracted to her fellow band mate/guitar instructor. It wasn't until after the band’s performance at a local festival, when the two finally began dating. While she was on stage in front of the crowd was also the moment when she realized that she loved performing music, and if it were possible wanted to do professionally one day.
However, as luck would have it the band broke up days after the performance after disagreements arose amongst a few of the other band members. Morgan was saddened at the thought of never performing again, but continued to practice in the privacy of her own bedroom. Then three months after being in a relationship, her boyfriend began attempting to convince her into his bed. While she had grown to enjoy most of the joys of having a boyfriend, it had felt too soon to have sex with them. They had only been dating for four months, and Morgan had vowed to wait a year at the very least, or until college if she was able to hold out that long. At first her denials seemed to go through well enough, the boy at least seemed to understand her reasons, but eventually he began attempting to find more creative ways in attempting to seduce her. After awhile he even began showing signs of anger in response to her saying that it was still too soon, and Morgan began to avoid her boyfriend just so the conversation wouldn’t be brought up. However, despite her best efforts to avoid him eventually he cornered her weeks later, with the full intention of doing whatever it took to have his way with her. Her boyfriend quickly proceeded to assault her, and for the first time in Morgan’s life she was genuinely terrified. As much as she wanted to fight back, she was afraid that no matter how hard she tried he would overpower her and eventually do whatever it was he wanted to her. The fear hit her hard, and no matter how hard she desperately tried Morgan found herself unable to move. Her body completely frozen, she spent the remainder of what felt like several hours allowing her former bandmate and boyfriend to do whatever he liked to her. When the sun rose the next morning she spent most of it crying over what had happened, before running back home and confiding in her mother as to what had happened. After that one incident it would become very difficult for her to allow herself to trust other males, and she avoided getting into relationships like the plague. She was terrified at the thought of being assaulted in such a manner ever again.
Another two years passed by, where Morgan gradually began to feel as if no further harm would come to her when she would face yet another frightening situation. The summer after her final year of school, Morgan went on a class trip to Rome, Italy with a small group of her fellow classmates. It started off as one of the best memories in her life, as she truly loved the city of Rome. She loved learning about the history, as well as admiring the architecture and art found throughout the city. Not to mention the chance to enjoy truly authentic Italian cuisine was amazing, and even she couldn’t deny that Italy seemed to have a large population of very attractive males to gander at as well as a few females. It wasn’t until the second to last day of the trip when disaster struck. Morgan had went out to a bar with a few friends late one night, and on the way home she wandered away from the group in a drunken state. The full moon shone brightly in the night sky, and the sound of a growling noise could be heard not too far away. At first she marked it off as being some stray dog that was defending it’s territory against some homeless man. Minutes later she was proven wrong, as she wandered onto a path where she was facing a giant fuckin’ wolf. Morgan froze in utter shock and fright, and the moment she turned around to finally run the creature leaped onto her in an attack. Feeling the sharp pain of the wolf’s teeth sinking into her shoulder, she let out a sharp pain filled scream, while the warm sensation of her blood pooling soaking through her clothing was felt almost instantly soon afterwards. She doesn’t remember when exactly, but moments later the wolf’s jaws left her body and the distinct sound of it running away could be heard. Too weak to move, Morgan allowed herself to remain lying on the ground near the street as if waiting for death to take her.
The next morning she woke up in a hospital room, with a strange man dressed in robes sitting before her who she assumed was some kind of doctor. As one would guess her assumptions were correct, only he went further as to introduce himself as being a wizard and a doctor. Time moved on as she listened to the physician inform her that she had been attacked and bitten by a werewolf, while also giving her an introduction to the magical world since she was now technically a part of it. It was also with that that she learned that she was a werewolf, and was given three month’s supply of wolfsbane potion. The next day she returned home, and after much debate decided to hide her new status as a werewolf from her family. It didn’t make any sense for her to inform them. Besides what was the worst that could happen?
It turned out that the worst that could have happened was Morgan attacking her brother. When it came time for her first transformation she neglected to take her position, as at the time she had made the mistake to refuse to drink it because it smelled awful. That decision came back to bite her in the ass, as not long after she transformed into a wolf her brother stumbled into her room wondering why she had been screaming in pain earlier. It was then that the wolf leaped on her brother and savagely bit into her arm. Steffan tired to fight back, and a sort of tug of war seemed to go on between human and wolf. The ‘game’ ended with wolf Morgan tearing off her brother’s arm, and the resulting screams caused her parents to rush into the room. Her father burst inside with a shotgun, and without even the slightest bit of hesitation shot Morgan in the side in a desperate move to keep the wolf away from his son. When Morgan regained consciousness after transforming back into her human self, she was surprised to see her father’s angry face staring at her, and her mother crying softly while comforting her brother’s weakened form. She tried to explain what had happened, but neither wanted to listen to a single word she had to say. Instead her father spent several minutes yelling at her for attacking her brother, for lying, and called her a monster near the end. As soon as his rant was over he kicked her out of the house, while saying that ‘A monster wasn’t welcome in their home.’ And just like that Morgan felt like she had no one whom she could rely on in her life.
Being homeless was difficult, and everyday became a struggle just to survive. Morgan began to steal whatever it was she needed, even went so far as to break into her previous home in order to grab her guitar. At some point she began doing drugs and became an addict, while also performing music on the streets in a desperate attempt to get money. Since she was good it wasn’t too difficult, but unfortunately most of the tips she made ended being used to buy more drugs. She mostly stole whatever food that was needed, and broke her way into abandoned building every night in order to find a place to sleep. The transformations never got easier, and whenever she felt the full moon approaching she always sought out a wooded area. She couldn’t explain it, but there was always something about the forest that seemed to calm the wolf down some. Perhaps it just like being allowed to run around a more natural environment, but even with the precautions that were taken she was always nervous about waking up next to or even on a pile of dead bodies.
When she was twenty-two, Morgan decided it would be a good idea to try to steal a bag of galleons off a wizard after getting very high. By then she had learned how to differentiate wizards from muggles, as those in the magical part of the world always seemed to walk around with an air of superiority around them. It was like they all thought that they were better for having magic in their daily lives. Even those who considered themselves ‘good’ held the same air, even if it were only subconsciously. It was rare for her to ever find a wizard or witch who appeared to consider themselves as being equal to the non-magical people amongst them. Anyways that’s off the topic. After getting high, Morgan had a sudden idea to attempt to steal a bag of galleons off a wizard. The man caught her naturally, and after pushing her into a wall via magic noted her drug induced state. He seemed to tell almost immediately that she was an addict. The man attempted to make a deal with her. He would give her a few galleons if she promised to try to clean up her act. Morgan laughed it off while casually agreeing, while also joking how she might just kill him later whenever she next transformed into a wolf. That caught the wizard’s attention again, and a new deal was proposed. Every month he would supply her with the wolfsbane potion if she helped to perform certain task for him. Most of which were illegal in both the muggle and magical communities. Again she agreed to it while laughing quietly, and just like that she became involved in the criminal underworld unknowingly.
With the strange wizard always making contact with her, Morgan eventually managed to slow down her drug addiction so much. At the very least she somehow managed to get to the point where she doesn’t feel a need to use them everyday, but she still partakes in a few drugs from time to time if she can get a hold of some. Morgan continues to perform music in the streets or parks when she gets a chance, while also being requested to perform different types of shady jobs every now and then. She has grown to find it incredibly to trust others, and has become to expect that everyone she meets will betray her at some point or another. Deep down she would love to find some form of happiness someday, maybe even true love, but she is afraid that such a thing that it will ever happen. The words her father yelled at her always seem to echo in her head whenever she even thinks about happiness.
A monster is never welcome, but is she really a monster. Or just someone who’s struggling just to survive.
